It’s now in its third year. In Illinois, 43% of farmers reported having glyphosate-resistant weeds in 2012.”</SPAN><BR style="COLOR: rgb(69,69,69); LINE-HEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><BR style="COLOR: rgb(69,69,69); LINE-HEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><SPAN style="COLOR: rgb(69,69,69); LINE-HEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Marestail (horseweed) was the weed species most commonly reported as resistant to glyphosate herbicides, followed by Palmer amaranth (pigweed).
