있습니다.

이슬람을 믿는 아랍권에서 처음으로 열린 이번 2013 세계사회포럼엔 세계 128개국의 
4천578개 사회운동단체가 참가 등록을 했으며,  5만여명이 참가했다고 합니다.

‘아랍의 봄’이라 불리는 이슬람 지역 민주화운동의 발원지인 튀니지를 비롯한 세계 각국에서
 참가한 시민사회단체 활동가들은  “독재는 가라, 자본주의도 가라!” “온세상 여성들의 연대!”
“혁명은 계속 이어져야 한다” “우리는 자유의 발원지를 점령(occupy)하고자 이곳에 왔다”며
튀니지 정부에 더 많은 개혁을 요구했다고 합니다.

<알자지라>는 2013세계사회포럼을 무자비한 세계화와 자본주의의 심화에 맞서
‘빵에 대한 정의’를 촉구하는 것으로 그 의미를 해석했습니다.
