[조류독감] 하얼빈 생가금류에서 처음으로 H7N9 조류독감 바이러스 검출

가금류에서 처음으로 H7N9 조류독감 바이러스를 검출했다고 보고했다는 소식입니다.

하얼빈 수의당국은 중국 내 생가금류에서 지금까지 22명의 목숨을 앗아간 H7N9 조류독감
바이러스를 직접 검출한 것은 이번이 최초라고 밝혔다고 합니다.

또한 하얼빈 수의당국은 이번에 생가금류에서 H7N9 조류독감  바이러스를 분리함으로써
동물들 사이에서 바이러스가 어떻게 전염되는지 규명할 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있으며, 향후
효과적인 백신을 개발하는데도 도움이 될 것이며, 이 바이러스의 증식을 억제할 항바이러스제
약품을 개발하는데도 큰 도움이 될 것이라고 밝혔다고 합니다.

중국 농업부는 상하이, 안후이(安徽省), 장쑤(江苏省), 저장 지역의 생가금류 시장에서 H7N9
조류독감 바이러스가 포함된 38개의 가금류 샘플을 확인했으며, 장수 지역에서는 독감 전염
 매개체 역할을 한 비둘기에서  H7N9 조류독감 바이러스가 검출되었다고 밝힌 바 있습니다.

Shandong province confirmed its first case of H7N9 infection on Tuesday after a 36-year-old man with a cough and fever was hospitalised in Zaozhuang on Sunday.

The man is in critical condition. Nine people who were in close contact with him have not shown related symptoms.

There were three other new H7N9 cases confirmed on Tuesday, two in Zhejiang province and the other in Anhui province.

By 4pm on Tuesday, 108 people had been infected with the virus in China, 22 of whom had died.

The Harbin Veterinary Research Institute under the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences on Tuesday reported that the H7N9 virus isolated from live poultry markets in China is closely related to the viruses that caused the recent human infections.

For the first time, the institute identified the direct avian origin of the H7N9 influenza viruses that caused the human infections, which may provide an important basis for controlling the virus in the future, the institute said.

“It is now imperative to discover how the virus is transmitted among animals, and to develop effective vaccines and antiviral drugs to control it,” said Chen Hualan, a researcher from the institute.

The Ministry of Agriculture has found 38 poultry samples containing the virus from live poultry markets in Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang.

Besides that, a wild pigeon and a carrier pigeon from a farm in Jiangsu also tested positive for the H7N9 virus, according to the ministry.

To combat the disease, Beijing has set aside 3 million yuan (US$485,000) for Ditan and Youan hospitals, which have been designated to treat and hospitalise H7N9 patients in the city. The funds are for buying medical supplies and paying for H7N9 patients’ medical expenses in advance.

To lower the possible burden of medical expenses for rural residents, the city also stipulated that insurance for these residents should cover cases of H7N9 infection that need hospitalization, and reimburse at most 75 per cent of the medical expenses caused by hospitalisation. Hospitals should pay in advance for the patient when insurance agencies cannot reimburse the expenses on site.

In Anhui, rural residents with severe infections that require hospitalisation can get a maximum reimbursement of 80 per cent of their medical fees, and those with less severe infections can get 70 per cent of their medical fees reimbursed.

Shandong authorities have included H7N9 infection in medical insurance for rural residents.

Guangdong, where no infections have been discovered, has set up a fund of 30 million yuan to control and treat possible infections, and to help cover medical expenses when patients are unable to pay.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued a statement on Monday allowing provinces to provide more reimbursement for H7N9 treatment than is allowed under local policies, should patients be hospitalised under special circumstances or if they require medication that is not normally reimbursable.

本报北京4月23日电 记者胡其峰今天从中国农业科学院获悉,该院哈尔滨兽医研究所陈化兰科研团队经过连续作战,最新得出的研究结果表明:在我国导致人感染的新型H7N9流感病毒,与同一时期存在于活禽市场上的H7N9禽流感病毒高度同源,在国际上首次从病原学角度揭示了新型H7N9流感病毒的来源,为我国科学防控H7N9禽流感提供了重要依据。

  研究结果表明,新型H7N9流感病毒是不同来源病毒的重组病毒,它的6个内部基因来源于H9N2禽流感病毒,而血凝素(HA)和神经氨酸酶(NA)基因的来源尚不明确。研究发现,新型H7N9病毒的受体结合位点获得了部分人流感病毒特征的突变,病毒在感染人后获得了关键氨基酸位点的适应性突变,这些可能与该病毒对人的感染和致死能力有关。


  自从3月31日国家卫生和计划生育委员会公布了上海和安徽出现新型人感染H7N9流感病毒病例之后,哈尔滨兽医所科研团队连夜分赴各地开展监测,彻夜进行实验室诊断、病毒分离与基因序列比对。他们先后在上海、安徽的活禽市场和养殖场采集病原学样品970份,在分离自活禽市场采集的样品中,检测出20份H7N9禽流感病毒阳性,而所有养殖场样品的检测结果均为阴性。通过基因序列分析表明,H7N9禽流感病毒的各个基因片段,与H7N9人体分离株高度同源,证明了导致人感染和致死的H7N9流感病毒可能来源于同一时期家禽中的H7N9禽流感病毒。


  目前,该实验室正在积极评估已有储备的H7亚型禽流感病毒疫苗对新型H7N9禽流感病毒的免疫保护效果,同时加紧研制专门针对新型H7N9禽流感病毒的疫苗。


  陈化兰表示,在前期工作的基础上,下一步将加强H7N9禽流感病毒在家禽中的检测,查明病毒的来源和传播途径,开展H7N9病毒在动物模型中的致病性、传播能力及致病机理研究,为制定科学合理的防控措施提供理论依据。
